Tally is Phaedon's enterprise loyalty platform, handling the full member lifecycle from enrollment through earning, redemption, and tier progression. Clients configure Tally to match their program's structure: point currencies, earning rules, tier thresholds, reward catalogs, and promotional mechanics. Tally processes those rules in real time as transactions flow in.

The Tally Platform API connects your full loyalty stack through a single integration point. Point-of-sale systems, web and mobile apps, partner platforms, and internal tools all use the same API to enroll members, post transactions, check balances, issue rewards, and trigger outbound notifications. The API follows REST conventions and returns JSON.

Tally powers complex loyalty programs for leading brands and gives you the infrastructure to run your program the way you designed it.
