Upload a proof-of-status image for a status match application. The image is created with status "uploaded". The returned imageId must be included in the subsequent application creation request. Images not attached to an application within 24 hours are deleted. This endpoint is not nested under a member path because images are not associated with a member at upload time — member context is established when the image is attached to an application.
